Fire resistance of a prefabricated fire-fighting room

QUESTION
How is it possible to declare the fire resistance of a prefabricated fire-fighting room made with EI60 panels, but whose supporting structure consists of galvanised sheet metal?

ANSWER
In the attached slide is the list of documents necessary to correctly certify a prefabricated fire-fighting system, with a metallic load-bearing structure made in the workshop

It is clear that if the load-bearing structure of the room is not suitable to obtain the required fire resistance performance (UNI EN 12845: 2020 = R60), any certifications that certify it are not reliable.

For the load-bearing structure described in the application, it is impossible to achieve the required fire resistance requirement. As regards the panels, since they are not part of the load-bearing structure, only a check of the REACTION TO FIRE is required for them. They must be at least A2s1d0 – UNI 11292 5.1

I would also remind you that without:
-    a design carried out according to UNI EN 1090
-    a construction carried out by a company authorised by a third party to produce according to UNI EN 1090
it will be impossible to affix to the metal structure bearing the indispensable CE mark and it will be impossible for the manufacturer to produce the DOP of the structure itself. Without these elements, the structure cannot enter the construction site.

If the structure were marketed and accepted on site, the sanctions provided for by Legislative Decree 106/2017 "Adaptation of national legislation to the provisions of Regulation (EU) no. 305/2011, which establishes harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and which repeals European Council Directive 89/106/EEC, would apply in this case.
Legislative Decree 106/2017, in articles 19/20/21, introduces the sanctioning system linked to violations deriving from the improper use of the CE mark. Such penalties shall apply to manufacturers, installers, construction managers, project managers, testers, certifiers and designers. These administrative and criminal sanctions are exacerbated if the construction products in question are for structural or fire-fighting use.
